Fox River HD - Customer Appreciation Track Day

Get ready to hit the track with Windy City Motorcycle Company at Grattan Raceway!  $10 per person cash gate fee for all riders, crew and guests or spectators.

There will be 3 categories and 35 spots per category:  Novice, Intermediate, & Advance  Each group runs on course for 20 minutes.

We will also have a photographer onsite that will provide complimentary photos to those who registered!

ITINERARY:
Check-in & Registration - 7AM
Mandatory Rider's Meeting - 8:15AM (Everyone that is riding on track is required to attend)
Hit The Track- 9AM
Lunch - 12PM

TRACK SIDE REGISTRATION:
- Registration will be held inside the main white garage on the upper paddock.
- Check-in at trackside registration is required to ride on the track.
- Everyone riding that has registered will be handed a group sticker that must be placed on the upper front fairing of your bike and then proceed over to the tech area for inspection.
- You must register first, BEFORE heading over to the tech inspection area.
- Picture ID & sign of WCMC Waiver is required with you to register.

- Tech inspection will be held in front of the registration garage on the upper paddock. Please be sure to register first before heading over to the tech inspection area.
- All Gopros or similar cameras that are mounted on a motorcycle must have a tether from the camera case to a point on the motorcycle. It doesn't have to be pretty, it just has to be tethered and secure.
- NO helmet mounted Gopros or NO similar helmet mounted cameras allowed on track.
- NO Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) or DRONES of any type allowed at this event.

GEAR REQUIRMENTS:
Full face helmet
Riding pants with armor
Riding jacket with armor
Boots that cover your ankles
Gloves that cover your wrists.

REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of the event, we are unable to offer refunds for track day registration fees.
